What are your outdoor products made from?We primarily use high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for many of our products. This material is highly durable and waterproof, as well as UV stable, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. We work with several other thermoplastics and cellulose materials as well depending on the particular project. All of our cabinetry is made from 100% US sourced virgin HDPE sheets.

What does "CNC" meanCNC is the shorthand abbreviation for "Computer Numerical Control". This is how we can take digital designs and express them in reality. Our machines use G-Code, an industry standard for expressing precise spacial movements in multiple directions.

How do you measure for custom projects?TuffTek uses a variety of cutting edge tools to ensure exact measurements. We use Laser scanning, optical scanning, digital line measurements to create digital templates and workspaces as well as traditional precision tools depending on the situation.
